BT fitness is a sporting organisation set up in early 2022, focusing on children’s athletic education and helping
professional athletes and people promoting healthy lifestyles to achieve their personal goals.
One of the founders of BT fitness and the chief coach, Arunas Klimavicius, was a long-standing professional football player of Lithuanian and European clubs who represented the Lithuanian football team 43 times. After finishing his football career, the goal was to be close to sport, to work with young people, and to convey a healthy lifestyle to all who wanted to. This led to the emergence of BT fitness, which brings together representatives from various sports, children and adults.
Thanks to experience and science, today’s competent BT fitness coaches transfer knowledge to young athletes and to all those who want to live healthy and sporting lives.

Kids athletic training
Children's athletic training in groups takes place with experienced coaches who are they have a lot of experience with children. Training focus directed to correct motion. Skill, speed, and strength, taking into account to the age of the child. All of these features will be needed in the future to achieve athletic goals heights. We recommend athletic training for children between 6 and 16 years of age.
Adult athletic training
Indoor athletic training can be used in adults and children alike. The training plan shall be tailored to the individual objectives. BT fitness trainers have experience with professional athletes, amateur athletes and customers who want to be healthier and feel better.
Group adult athletic
Adult training takes place in small groups (max. 5 people). Training is based on functional training, not forgetting both Cardan and mobility special exercises. Training is very popular because of the attractive price and motivation of sporting with fellow believers, while at the same time attracting individual attention.
Training for families is becoming increasingly popular. Parents and their children are sporting. The trainer adjusts the exercise for adults and children. This strengthens parents’ relationship with their children and forms the basis for a healthy lifestyle.
